You can upload your business email list with contact information into your business to business account.

- Our system is set up for you to create marketing pieces with our preset templates for Newsletters, Party Invitations, Business Updates, Promotional Dates, Sales, Meetings, Class Schedules, Calendars and more.

- This is direct targeted marketing to other business members of your group, chamber, association or personal client lists. Through business-to-business marketing you can create interest in your services and products; advertised sales and specials, private invitations, product updates, offer discount coupons.

- Client database management is the ability to upload all of your business contacts into your account. Our system will allow you bulk upload your business contacts through our easy import utility. Note: in order to import your contacts through our loader they must contain a valid email address (which you will use to assign them to your mailing lists). Since we are web based you will be able to access your contacts from virtually anywhere you have access to the internet. You can create great campaigns and newsletters and marketing advertisements to keep your clients coming back to your business.

- 6. Is there a FREE TRIAL?
- YES – we offer a free account with no expiration date to get acquainted with us and you can load up to 100 of your contacts into the system. You can send to this list 2 times a month for free. After this there will be a charge of $4.95 for each send for the remainder of that month, and when you are ready your can upgrade at any time.

- 7. Is there a charge for support?
- NEVER – We offer toll free support at 888-EZ FLYER, Live Chat on our website – 9 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday and Email support on our Contact Us page.

- 8. Can I use my own pre made advertising material?
- YES – You can either use our upload utility to add your custom flyer to your account, or our staff can assist you by adding your pre made marketing piece to your account for a small fee. Your custom flyer can be tracked and sent just like your other system flyers, but it cannot be edited once it is loaded.

- 9. How do I get an account?

- 14. Can I track my campaigns?
- YES – Our system offers free tracking that will give you the feedback you need to tighten up your business and increase your sales. We will track each campaign you send, broken down by list(s) they were sent to.You can view tracking for the date the campaign was sent, the number of emails that went out, the number of undeliverable emails, and the number of opens in an easy to read format.

- 15. Are my marketing campaigns saved?
- YES – All of the flyers you send are saved in your flyer library. You can view or print your created flyers, edit or send them, track your flyer history, or add a link on your website so your visitors can see them too.

- 16. When are these flyers sent?
- You have complete control over the sending of your email campaigns. Once you have created a flyer you can either schedule it for a later date or send it right away*, or you can return to your flyer library and email it at a later date. As you create more and more beautiful email flyers your library will grow and soon you will be launching new email flyer campaigns in seconds.
(*NOTE: There is a minimum 4 hour delay on all campaigns sent to allow our staff time to screen for pornography and other illegal content.)
